Q.
I forgot my password! What do I do?
A.
At the top of the CruiseSwingers.com homepage simply click on the “Forgot Password”
link (just under the login boxes).
Q.
Why am I am not receiving emails from CruiseSwingers?
A.
Some email clients confuse valid emails with spam and either deliver the email directly
into your spam folder or the email is blocked completely. Be sure to add support@CruiseSwingers.com
to your list of accepted email addresses. You may also want to check your account
information to verify you entered the correct email address into your profile. To
do this simply log in to your account, click on “Edit My Profile” on the left and
click on “Change email address/advanced profile options “ at the bottom of the “General
Info” tab.
Q.
Who can see the pictures I post in my profile?
A.
If you do not designate your pictures as private then any CruiseSwingers members
that are logged in to the site can view your photos. Note that unless a person creates
an account and becomes a member they will not be able to view your pictures. If
you do designate the picture as private then only CruiseSwingers members who are
on your friends list can view your private photos.
Q.
How do I cancel my account?
A.
Send an email to support@cruiseswingers.com requesting that your account be canceled.
Be sure to include your user name.
Q.
How do I extend my membership?
A.
Log into your account. Select Billing under the 'My Account' menu. From here you can select your payment option and
submit your payment using CCBill - a secure online payment provider.
Q.
Why do you ask for a zip code when I create my profile?
A.
Your zip code is used to calculate the distance between you and other hot swingers
so that you can find just what you are looking for!
